Very delicious spot!! Good was good, fries were super fresh and the cheese curds were incredible!! Get the caramel sauce, it sounds crazy but it's incredible. Good prices, nice service, exactly what I wanted!!
Great local place worth the drive from freeway I-84 if you are traveling and looking for a place to eat. Great food, service and value for your buck. I had the best steak sandwich ever with homecut fries. It was a great surprise to find this I would highly recommend it.

Got there a little later in the evening and they still very busy. A very good sign fir a restaurant. A short wait, seated quickly, service was very good, the food, oh so good, had the prime rib. Wow, it was wonderful. My wife had the rib eye, also really good. The prime was a bit pricey, but it was the larger cut and so worth it. Kids had burger and hot dog with fries. Real fries, not processed, yummy. Overall the meal was great, our server was attentive and friendly. Made us feel right at home. Made for a good start to a fun evening. Thanks.
If there is a reason to come Burley, then this is it. Wednesday is prime rib french dip day and that’s what we had. It comes with 2lb of fries (I believe that this is law in Idaho) and they are amazing. The prime rib is tender and delicious. If we ever are back in this part of Idaho we will stop in at Edith’s. FYI - The full restaurant name is actually Edith’s BBIT (Best Burger in Town).
What’s a trip back home without visiting Edith’s Cafe, not much I’ll tell ya. As always the food here is top notch and they have really expanded their menu without the drop off of quality that plagues most restaurants when they do that. My wife had the chili with roasted jalapenos. It’s delicious. I had the bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings and fries. Burger perfectly done and the house cut fries were perfect. The only downside is that it’s a bit crowded and noisy but you have to expect that from a place with such good service and food. Thanks for another delectable meal!
This was the perfect end to our vacation! The food was excellent, the service was quick, and we loved being able to eat outside! This will be a new regular for us.
